Contemporary New Build ICF
After initially being appointed to prepare an extension and renovation scheme for existing property, a cost analysis quickly concluded that it would be more cost effective to demolish the existing building and re-build. We obtained planning for a striking new contemporary dwelling, constructed from insulated concrete formwork. Our favourite features of this house are it’s beautiful three storey atrium with bespoke steel framed staircase and the black zinc clad roof dormers.
